Where do i begin. Assured me we budgeted an extra 20% just in case. Double billed me. Showed me one set of bills sent the bank another. Stole my kitchen, tub and chandelier and won't release. I've retained legal council.

Took the money to pay the subs and pocketed along with his wife. Screwed his own friend Jim Knecht out of his money. Will use religion to prove to you he's honest but his true self came out.

Left a half done house and stole close to 100k not counting the amount of money I have to spend to fix the awful job he did on the house.
