Interest Charged Despite Paying Before the 3 Month Deadline

No payments for 3 months, but not 3 months from the date of purchase. Three months from what, then? I paid the balance in full before 3 months from the date of purchase, 5/21, and they still charged me interest. Consumer service just said they were sorry and that is the way it is, sir.
