Charged my credit card $69.83 and i've never heard of them?

My credit card was charged $69.83 and I have never heard of this company. I have no authorized users on my account and i have my card in my posession. I'm now fighting with my credit card company... Like i have nothing better to do as a single mom of four that works and is finishing college.
How can these people do this? I'm cancelling my card!!! If anyone has any information on this company, please let me know. My credit card company can't supply a phone number or web address. It just shows up on my statement as "HERBAL MIND Q53 AVENEL NJ". When i typed the name on google, I found this site. I can't believe this is happening to so many other people. I'm sorry.
