Ripped off by Herbal Mind

Like many other people I've discovered, I found a charge to my bank account for $69.83 from a "company" called Herbal Mind. Neither myself nor my fiance have ever done business with such a company. After finding the charge I searched Yahoo! To find out just what this company was. All I could find was a list of message posts from people who had been ripped off by this Herbal Mind, most of them for $69.83.

Then I did a search and found only The consumer complaints. My fiance called the number listed in the above mentioned message posts and was given absolutely no information. From what I can tell, there actually is an Herbal Mind, but they are only in the business of ripping people off.

I do not know how these people got the card number, but this is fraud. I called the FBI and they told me to call the Secret Service. The Secret Service did not seem to be interested. Hopefully filing this report will help either myself or someone else in this situation.
