Afganistan, slumlord, slum landlord, landlords who threatened to kill us

I wish to file a formal complaint against this individual. This person had advertisied an apartment for rent and after seeing this apartment we decided to move in. We stayed in his apartment for only two months
and after living there for only 2 weeks we began to get terrorized.

We couldn't even move in as the other tenant who lived there was still living there, his personal belongings were still in the apartment, then he broke into our apartment and was standing in our living room. When we confronted him why he was in the middle of our
living room, his response was, "Oh, I forgot, I thought I still lived here" He stole our mail, broke into our mailbox on several occasions stealing checks and terrorizing us on a daily basis.

Our telephone line was cut April 21st and on May 13th, I personally observe him break my car window and steal my GPS unit, and on May 14th we complained to real estate broker, who did nothing about it.

May 15th - stalking us. 11:40 PM as I got home out of the car. I Tried to work things out with landlord's wife, and her husband came out of the car drunk. A verbal argument ensued and both parties had to be
restrained or fist fight would have started.

May 16th - 2nd Police Report Made. Strangers incessantly ringing our bell all the time.

May 19th - This strange Italian Rang the bell while I was away with son.

May 20th, came home & ADT sign purposely taken down out of ground twice. Family from downstairs admitted they did it as children asked if we were the police as I came into the door.

Since I moved in, children unsupervised running in the streets damging property.

Since we moved in no repairs have been done - our severally diasbled child (who, incidentally is a 14 year old who can't walk or talk who he is suing) Mr. Jaghory threatened to put him in the garbage can.

Not able to use facilities (i.E. Laundry room), as he states "handicapped children s*t in their pants and I don't want his clothes with my clothes in the washer or dryer. The electric/gas bill we were over charged,
Jaghory states we lived in the leased apartment longer than we did to avoid electric charges. Meter reading was not done by Con Ed.

Landlord would come down drunk and beligerant at all hours of the night stalking and harrassing us and threatening us to pay the rent, threating to throw us out.

He is constantly drunk, I have personally seen him punch his wife in the face and she constantly has black and blue marks including a giant black eye I have personally oberserved. He has not fixed on thing in our apartment.

Sewage was leaking & backing up from one of the bathrooms, paint was peeling from the bathroom. The refrigerator didn't work properly, he sent an italian mafia hit man over to threaten and intimidate us into coercing us to pay the rent and intimidate us. He claims this was his son, but doubtful as he was a straight up Italian and Mr. Jaghory is Afganistan and his wife Irish..

He drives his car drunk constantly and he is an anthesiest and a so-called doctor. All his workers drink and I have yet to see one of his workers children go to school. They play in the street and on several occasions,
I have had to bring the children to the back of the apartment where they lived because they were unsupervised and almost got hit by oncoming traffic in the house.

He stated when we initially moved in that he agreed not to have a lease and only after we insisted did he draw up a lease. He gave us receipts hand written from cereal boxtops, pieces of cardboard and on several occasions didn't even give us a single receipt despite repeated
requests for bona-fide receiptseven after paying him all in cash.

He was drunk and beligerant at the time and stated why do we need a receipt, he will remember when we paid him. He has had personal contact with the police and has several outstanding unanswered complaints with the police. When the police arrive, they threaten to
arrest him because I have personally heard the police state that this is a "chronic location" and for him to "shut the hell up" when he spoke, as well as the police threatening to arrest him if they had to come back to the address again later.

Some workers did a job for him once and the police stated that he never paid them for their work and that the police had to be summoned as a result of him not paying them at all. One of his so-called "tenant" lived
on an air mattress, had no furntiure and we have personally seen him brandishing a gun threatening us. We have seen him swerve his car and nearly hit our car on at least 10 times.

We have personally heard him on the phone talking about how he hates Americans. He broke into our apartment, broke our television, poured cream cheese on my bed, smeared food all over our flat screen television, broke the door on our microwave oven, and then when we left once, broke into our house and stole everything in our apartment.

We had to run out of New York leaving half our stuff in his house after he threatened to kill us as people were following us all over New York and we were advised by both the police and the FBI that our lives were in danger. We had to stay in hotels and motels and only after being terrorized, had to move out of the state and move to California. My girlfriend had to lose her job working at the New York Police department after working there 18 1/2 years and lost her entire pension as a result of this individual.
