This place was AWFUL! My friends and I were looking for somewhere that does karaoke and so we decided to try it out. First off let me say that if a guy hadn't been with us we would have just left. We saw two ppl get kicked out and one girls thong. It was trashy and extremely dirty.

The bartenders are dumb as anything and they STEAL. My friend took her card (green and visa) and mine (gold and mc) to pay our tabs and the girl ran mine twice; she then said she deleted the second time and re ran my friends. She NEVER deleted the transaction and I was charged twice.

As if this wasn't bad enough, when I realized what happen I called up there and had to leave a message, no one returned my call. I called again and the girl told me i needed to come up there. I have a job and school, why should I have to take time out of my day to fix something they screwed up, but i didn't anyway and what a shocker there was no manager. The bartender told me they had my info and the GM would be in at 5 and would take care of it, promise. NOPE! 3 wks later with no return call or help i had to call my bank and dispute the charges.

This to me is the same as stealing. How in the name of all that is holy that this place stays open is beyond me!
