ZWW-ISP ZipWideWeb is RipWide and Steal

They called offering free web advertising, my husband clearly said he didn't want to sign up for anything. March 3rd, we get an AT&T phone bill with a $49.95 charge for January. I call Zipwideweb and they said my husband authorized it, he clearly did not. I asked them to take the bill off, they refused and said another had gone through for February, which will now show up in my April phone bill. AT&T will not remove the charge, but won't disconnect the phone if I don't pay it. They said I will be subject to my credit being harmed for not paying if Zip comes after me. I now have 3rd party block on my phone. Scam artists extraordinaire.
