The owner is a liar, crook and a thief! His work was also done illegally!

I called this guy Ray who is the owner of Advanced Gas Services and he came out with two others so he charged my for three man when It was a one man job of about 1 hour. He then made me sign a receipt saying $300.00. That night I got another bill by e-mail for $429.00 and when I told him that was ridicules he said you pay it or else. I called the county who said the work was done with out a permit so it was done illegally and also he did not do it correctly and so I was also cited. I was given 30 days to have it fixed properly. I told this man Ray that, and he raised the price again. Now he wants $1,250.00 or he will lien my house! This man is really bad news and all should be aware of his dishonest ways!
