We purchase our home from DR horton on the promise of a Boat Ramp to be installed upon the completion of this section. We are now being told that they have deceided to build a home on that land. We estimate that our homes in this section will now lose an average of $30k with no ramp installed. We should not have have been shown this land and made this promise if they had no intention of building this ramp. They should offer something other than building more homes. A park for the kids would have been nice offering. Or just leave the land as green space and let the homeowners association do something with the land. Do your research and see what other say on the internet... Its not nice.
