Totally hostile, illigal and have severly damaged my credit

They have called harrassed and now have damaged my credit for a bill they refuse to demonstrate i owe. They purchased it in a portfolio. The bill if for 96.00 from a 2001 verizon phone bill that verizon says they have no record of. My credit took years to rebuild and these animal will not even let you talk on the phone.

I have never seen such incedible disregaurd towards people ever. They hang up. Will not let you talk. They don't want to hear anything other when are you going to pay.

My credit is now damaged and they will not listen to reason. I have never seen anything like this. How are they able to just do what ever they want.

When i told them i was recording the phone calls to use in court they hung up and will not take any calls from me now.

I am definately suing. I offered to pay the bill that i don't know and as long as the removed it from the credit reporting agencies. They said and i qoute from a supervisor. You can't sue us and i will keep it in the credit report for ever and then they hung up.

They will not even negoiate.

I will be hiring a lawyer so please respond if you are interested.
