MashCole Property Management, They Blame the Owner and Run!

In the Fall of 2006 I lived at 1417 Vista in West Hollywood. I was on time with my rent every month and was a great tenant. I had to move out and requested my deposit.

They directed me to the owner Jeff Green, who claimed that it was MashCole's fault, that they hadn't been paying bills and hadn't been doing their job in general. The owner also explained to me that they were trying to get funds from MashCole to pay tenants back, etc.

When I called MashCole (who were the people I was writing my rent checks out to) and requested my deposit, they directed me to the owner and said that they weren't handling the property anymore and that it was all his fault!

I really believe that MashCole is to blame however the owner is also responsible in getting me my money back!

They are both blaming each other but in the meantime, I STILL haven't gotten my deposit back after many phone calls with responses of "just wait a few weeks till the trial is over" "You'll get it back as soon as possible" "No worries, you will get your FULL deposit back" and yet STILL NOTHING.
