Breech of Contract

I am prior service and joined the Army Reserve back in Aug 07. My contract states i am to recieve a 15,000$ bonus. On Jan 31,08 my unit told me I was not eligible for the Bonus, I had to many years in to recieve it. If it were not for the bonus i would not of joined the Army Reserves. On Jan 31,08 after i was told i was not recieving the bonus i requested a Breech Of Contract Discharge. I am on Orders for Iraq, leaving on 10 April 08. I was told i would not get a discharge because of my orders for Iraq, that those take precient over my contract. My unit administrator change my PEBD date by over 7 years so i would fall under the required amount of time to recieve my bonus, but i should not have to lose 7 years retirement to recieve something that was promised to me.in my contract it was stated i would recieve my bonus upon enlistment, the MSG who did my paperwork stated I would not get the bonus till I reported to my unit. It has been over 7 months now. I am tired of fighting for what the Army said they would give me so i just want out of my contract. I raised my hand and promised to support and defend my country and my country promised me 15,000$ for doing it. I do not feel i should have to follow my promise if the U. S Army does not have to follow their promise. My Operations NCO stated if I did not go to Iraq I would be charged with Desertation for not following orders. I have contacted my IG's office and it took them over a week to respond to my complaint, and then all i was told is they would look into it. MY Operations NCO said i could just deal with it when I get back from Iraq, my orders will leave me there for 400 days. Once I go, I will of given the army over a year and then they will say the same thing when I get back and that is not right.
