I ordered from this company because of it's wide variety of products, not being as careful as I should have been. I should have checked the contact info. First, because I found out that there is no phone number, only an e-mail address that no one responds to. "Boy did I feel stupid."

There is no way to check your order status even though the website offers this option. After digging and finding usacomplaints.com and finding out after the fact that I am not alone and this is common practice with this company I was so dissappointed. Anyway I tried every number associated with this company and found a number that was a reply from apparently the owner John Mafilius A.K.A. (employee) the only employee apparently.

I called the telephone no. 608 253 2859 a women answered the phone "Hello" and I said "I would like to know the status of my order?" She tried to help me but had the same answer I recieved in a email (order completed and shipped priority mail.) So I said where is the tracking number and questioned the suspisiousness of the site etc. She said "I will talk to John and have him get back to you.) this is crazy!

I think this is a one person operation from a home some where in the U.S.A. This guy takes your money runs to the warehouse, if he can find it, and maybe ships it out when ever he feels like it or finds the time to do it, I have not heard or recieved anything yet. Never again will I let this happen, This is not the way to treat a paying customer. Wishful thinking says "I hope this is all a big misunderstanding." but I say something is not right because it does not appear that way!!!
