Trilegiant Unauthorized charging of my credit card

I bought a plane ticket on Priceline 5 years ago.
These guy charged me $59.95 to my credit card on December 18 claiming I took out a "membership" by conducting a transaction. Complete BS and rip-off.
Spent over 30 minutes on hold (800 209 7131) ; operator did not have a record of my account.
Finally, we found it under a 8 year old address; she would not guarantee crediting me, but did cancel my "membership".
Watch your credit cards carefully!
