Ripoff Renewal charge for a shopping membership that I canceled last year!

TLG Netmarket charged my M.C. Account to the tune of $89.99. When I called them at (800) 209-7131 they had to hunt to what the charge was for. It turned to be a membership for Shopper's Advantage for a membership that cancelled last year when the charged for the same thing.
This has been going on for several years, but everytime I have to go thru the same thing to get my money back. This time if I have anymore trouble getting my refund I'm ready to ask Chase to issue me a new M.C.!!!
