Com. Sent a gift to a friend which I did not order and is billing me. I have called and the co is not satisfying me complaint. I did not order this item. These are unorthodox bus. Practices

On Dec. 10 I received a call from a friend to thank me for a gift basket from Pittman Davis. I was taken a back since I did not order this item. I called the co. To resolve this issue. I absolutely had no knowledge of this transaction. I spoke to a Pittman Person named Joyce and asked for copy of my so called order with my signature - as well as a conformation which they claim they have. My friend had moved recently to a new address and again I asked how they obtained it. I received a COPY of my so called order without my signature on it. No answer as far as the new address is concerned. I have filed a complained with the BBB of Houston as well as the Attorney General of Texas but have not received any satisfaction as far as this problem is concerned. I did place an order 2 years ago but did Not for x mas 2007. I believe they just copied this order from 2005 and sent it. Again I do not know how my friends address was obtained since she had moved from her prior address. I do not know but I feel they just copied the old order and sent it. My question is: how many other people went thru the same thing as I did.!? This a very unorthodoxed bus. Practice. Please help.
