Took the money and then took off

Should have been an easy ebay purchased turned into a nightmare when this company closed their doors. They continued to take in money even though they knew they couldn't or wouldn't ever deliver the cars or titles.
Working with the ebay's VPP and my bank to get back as much as possible.

I will also look into Federal Mail Fraud charges since the payments were sent through the postal service. Good luck to all who got shafted
