Fashion Bug
Aka Charming Shoppes, Inc Credit Card Fraud & Unauthorized Charges deceptive company

Miscellaneous

Fashion Bug, aka: Charming Shoppes, Inc.
Chairman and CEO, Dorrit J. Bern

Deceptive charges:

As others have indicated, there are unjust $25.00 fees that have no description on monthly statements. For instance: my wife paid off her account and CLOSED it. Next statement shows a $25.00 balance.interestingly enough this statement was followed by a collection letter which now indicates a $50.00 balance and due before the due date shown on the monthly statement.

Well, after reviewing several of your Fashion Bug "Rip-Offs", I find that we are not alone. Apparently this is a matter that I should turn over to the Staet of Michigan, Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Fraud Investigation.

In simple terms, those of you whom are familiar with the sayings of the infamous "Jessie James". I quote him as follows:
"Beware ye whom enter here." This statement should be hung over every entrance to every store operated under the banner of "Charming Shoppes, Inc., and all of it's subsidiary companies.
