These people take advantage of people that are trying to break into pharmaceutical sales. They never mail the certificate to you and the pharma companies don't even recognize it as something good. Most people do't even know what napsr is. They are like recruiters who send you info of who is hiring just like monster, careerbuilder, and hotjobs does. Don't bother, it's an expensive scam!!!
