I was contacted by a salesperson for NSBA - & agreed to sign up for their package. I was told I would Have 30 days to cancel after I received my membership package. I received the package, which I felt was not worth the membership fee. $1.00 was taken from my account on 11/09/07, then $149.95 was taken from my account on 11/19/07. Then $359.40 on 12/03/07. I cancelled my membership on 12/05/07 Cancel confirmation #6458044CCW120507. I was told since I had cancelled within the 30 day limit, I would receive a full refund by mail in 2-3 weeks. When i did not receive my refund I tried contacting the company at 1-800-506-6722 & have either received the message to call within normal business hours, which I was or was put on eternal hold, (which is just over 45 min. Before they disconnect you) I went to thier website and tried sending my complaint through thier system - No reply, I cannot find a direct email. I have sent them a letter by registered mail, which they signed for on 1/23/08. No response, I contacted the BBB of Washington DC & have not received a response. I am frustrated over the whole idea that I have been ripped off - I would love my money back NOW! And I feel this fraudulent company should be shut down and prosecuted for being thieves & if possible HUGE Liars.
