Modular Home "Builders" Liars & Thieves

Wasted 4 years and $60,000. Trying to get a modular home built. Took two years to get the first permit (Penn Lyons) and then they changed manufacturers. Got another permit (Excel) gave them $25,000.00 and $28,000.00 for an incomplete foundation and surprise they were out of business. Only to come back as Pinpoint without my money offering to drop the house - no work whatsoever-for another $100,000. Still in shock over this and the fact that they are still around scamming people. George Paulson affiliated with both companies. Thompson Dev. Who poured the foundation had their license taken away by Consumer Affairs. I might never get my money back but I will never stop talking about it to whoever will listen.
