Misleading, come-on, ripoff

Cross Country adds fees upon fees so that you can not make any head way on the account. Their large start up fee and fees for everything, even if you call to make a payment there is a charge to your account.

They call and call, I try to explain my situation of working only part time right now and can only send a small amount. They say ok, get a small payment, don't call for about a day or maybe two and start all over again with the many calls a day.
