I had purchased this wonderful product as advertised to resolve my issues with my Laptop, and cannot get a reply off SYMPLICIT, I HAVE WRITTEN TWO EMAILS. They have given me a LICENCE code to which it is telling me. "IT IS NOT THE GENUINE PRODUCT AND HAS BEEN PIRATED" then it will not let me go to cancel it, unless i register and by the same stupid product again, Iam not partinf with another transaction with them. I would like these people persued and fined, and give me a full refund. A very irate person.
