Threatened to have wife, Me Her X My X arrested

Dan Hoffem call all of us and said we were going to Jail. We were all told that a summons was being issued to appear in court in Bethseda. We live in WI.
I spoke to the co that is holding the loan and they said they have no right to the loan and if I paid them I still had to pay them. I told this to dan and he said the have no jurdisction on the mater that saterday he would get a warrent. He said if I pay he would drop the charges and asked for my chrcking account number so he could see if I have any bad checks out standing. I have never given a bad check out.
