Double charged

Store #1222 450 shrewsbury plaza n.J. 08750. I shipped three bags to n.J. For 240.00 dollars. I had them shipped back from store #1222 at a cost 492.56. I called srore owner and complained about the price, he said he would check into it and call me back, never heard from him again. I called UPS main office and they said he can charge anything he wants as he is a independent contractor. I will never use UPS again because they do not care about the customer. I know this letter will not do any good, but at least Ifeel better.
