False advertisement on website

To whom it may concern;

I was ripped off by false advertisement through this company. I was made to believe by reading their website. I agreed to pay $7.95 for shipping and handling and later on they charged me $59.95. Please help with this situation. There's also a membership they enrolled me in that I was not aware of. My visa company called and canceled it.

I called the mineral company today and they told me I was supposed to call in and cancel and thats why I was charged $59.99. Then we continued our conversation and they will reimburse me $24. Im not satisfied with this action. They put me on hold for 30 minutes total, while i was talking to the representative for a brief 10 minutes.
