Timeshare Lied about offer to sell timeshares

Bill Ellis and Bob Downey have both spoken with us. Each has been precise about an offer from CIBA to purchase 25-units (weeks) at Westgate Vacation Villas in Kissimmee, Florida.

Now, they are ignoring calls.

It seems to me that it is time for all involved to file a class action suite.

Based on the reports we have seen, there is likely to be a lawyer that would go after these guys.

At this point, I see no way for those who have been subjects of this fraud to reach each other to band together.
