Wrong billing no phone calls returned, very rude assistant lies and more lies!

I recently hired this firm to represent me and since I have hired her, I cannot get her to return my phone calls. She finally responded to me through an e-mail after I repeatedly called her office over and over again.

All I would get was the "assistant" (I still can't figure out if she is a paralegal or just a secretary). Her attitude is AWFUL. She screams on the phone, lies about whether the attorney is in the office and continues to bill me in error. I have tried over and over to get my bill correct and only last night did I receive an e-mail from the attorney that my bill has been corrected and I should receive it in a couple of days in the mail.

I have literally been billed for a phone call to their office asking why I have not had my phone calls returned. This is unbelievable to me and I am going to get me another attorney FAST!

I have already had problems with trying to set a court date - which should have been set long ago.

Do not hire this firm unless you wish to not only have the stress of dealing with opposing counsel but your own as well!
