I hired this attorney to finalize my divorce case here in Brandon florida. This Family Law attorney in Brandon took my money and gave me the worst legal advise ever. That is not the worst part. This family law attorney in brandon Florida actually forged a Notice of Withdrawal with my signature. She took a page I signed for something else and filed it along with a her motion to the judge and dropped my case after taking all my money. She did this the Day before My final hearing. She sent me a final bill for her services for 600 and hijacked all my papers. She emailed me and told me I could not get the papers back until I paid her. Along with that email she sent me another bill over 2900 dollars.

I am filing a complaint tomorrow with the Florida bar. I will get my papers back and will not pay her a dime. Melissa Sosa of Sosa Law Firm in Brandon is a scam. Her assistant charges double for her hourly rate than any other law firm I have dealt with.
