We used smc to start our own business and when we filed a complaint the company flagged our account wont let us order and wont talk to us. I have read so many complaints about the company saying the same thing I have tried to resolve the issue but to no avail I hope anyone thinking of using this company checks it out first. We have had nothing but problems since we started and thats all the way from ordering and using our web site to speaking with them directly. They take your money then leave you with a really bad taste in your mouth. I plan to sue the company for breach of contract along with anything else we can we paid for a product that they wont let us use because we filed a complaint and found out what they company is like. We got aletter saying that bbb was on their side and bascially take a flying leap however I will be going to the media I hope others will join me
