Lied about fees, property was not on website for several weeks, now wrong name appears

Could not get anyone to return my calls for 5 weeks. Jessica just called. I asked what happened to the offer I accepted 5 weeks ago. She asked if I had talked to her. After being on hold, she returned and said, yes, but I owed another $2,500 (approx).

I told her my contract did not state additional fees were due. She said I did not have a contract, only a receipt for my original payment. Other paperwork I received states no additional fees.

I told her to take the additional fees out of the proceeds and was told she could not continue with the sale until I paid the addl. Monies. I asked if I paid the addl. Monies did she guarantee the sale (then I told her I was going to record her). She hung up!

I also inquired about their getting my monies back from the other company I had the property listed with. She said when they had a bill of sale, I could get the monies back.

Jessica also told me that my original sales rep should have told me about the addl. Money due. They did not. I asked originally and was told it was a one time fee and covered everything!

I have already paid the fee and cannot pay anymore monies.

What can be done about this company that does not stand behind their people? We need to band together, get out monies back and put this company out of business.
