Bailey, Taylor DEAD BEAT MOM! No help from Ashtabula County Ohio Children Services

Deana Marie Hoenich (Yes her intials really are "d" hoe) has not paid the child support she owes my son. She violently abused him as a baby and went to prison for that. He was in foster care until I met and married his father. She refused to allow me to adopt him without a fight (which I could not afford) This irritated me to no end because I am on SSD and could have been recieving almost 300 dollars a month for him.

From 1993 she was in and out of prison, psych hospitals and rehab. We never got a child support order until and that was for 150 dollars a month. The only couple months she paid was because she was on parole, and as a conditon of her parole she had to work.

She has now killed her fifth husband Bob Rogers. The police can't prove it, but the highly suspect her because they filed for divorce and three days before it was final, he died of an overdose. Before the funeral even took place she was at probate court making sure she was going to get her inheritance.

She has now asked for a review of her child support order because she is now on SSI for generally being a nut case. So she will be ordered next week to not have to pay anymore (which is ok because Thomas will be 18 in six weeks) but she also asked for her probate case to be held over until AFTER we go to court, I am assuming so she can claim she has no money.

Ashtabula has done absolutly nothing to help us collect this court order. They actully suggest we "give her a break and forgive her for alll past debts and move on" That is not going to happen. I not only want the ten thousand plus she owes us for support, I want half the medical bills she was ordered to pay and an order for the years between 1993.

She moves all over the place between Southeast Florida and Notheast Ohio. Kansas and New York City. She has lived near "A Street" in Loxahatsee Florida, West Palm Beach Florida, Eastlake, Mentor-on-the-lake, Kirtland Ohio.

She feels it is my fault she doesn't see her son. That simply is not true. Even though she never even attempted to get a court order to see him I use to allow her supervised visits up to three times a week. I supervised. After she got drunk (she was drunk everytime she saw him) and tried to convince my husband to leave me and go back with her (He was appalled) I didn't feel the need to supervise and she could not find anyone eles to do it. I also didn't feel like I needed to drive 30 miles to her house anymore, and she could not figure out a way to get to my house.

She even went as far as to send a letter to the state of Ohio saying we no longer wanted child support and sign my husband's name.

I need help in locating her. I would LOVE to know where she is working. And I could use any advice as to how to make Ashtabula County help me collect on this order.
