Just will not stop

Now this companty is on a do not call list they have a company with the number 561-948-8090 calling as repressative or collection or attorney. I just hang up on them any company associated with Active Periodicals I do nto trust an FTC complaint will not go throught something with thread to small it said. So if there is anyone out there any Idea to get this company off my bad trying to make me pay for something they are forcing on me and I do not get half of it what a scan I am surprised they are not put out of bussiness.
