Aurora Nevarez I had the same Experience with sultryhair.com! They are rip-offs!

Wow! I had the same experience with this company. They are extremely unprofessional! They dont even have a contact number! I only went by the testimonials and pictures of customers. You can only contact them by email and they never reply. I ordered two bags of Indian curly hair from them, which stated on the website that it was in stock. I waited 7 days and i didnt see my hair so i emailed them to ask about my hair, only for them to tell me that my hair was out of stock, that i would receive my hair in 7-10 days. They didnt even apologize for any inconvenience.

I waited another 2 weeks and i still didnt receive my hair so i emailed again, they didnt reply. I sent them numerous emails which they never replied to! The purpose of buying the hair was already defeated because I was travelling out of the country for 2 weeks and i needed the hair but i never got it. I came back from my trip and my hair still didnt arrive so I sent them another email to cancel my order, they never replied and they never canceled the order. WTF? I didnt have my hair and i didnt have my $300. I called my bank to cancel my order but they were taking too long so i gave up hoping i would get my hair someday.

All this while, i never received any email from them about my hair. Guess when i finally got my hair. 3 months later! If i had found this website earlier, i would have definitely not waited for my hair for that long! I referred all my friends to this website but they changed their minds when they saw what happened to me. This happened in 2008 so she still hasnt changed! Aurora, you are extremely unprofessional and i would never recommend you to anyone!
