It's Fraud not a scam! Go straight to the publisher for your magazines!

I was taken in by a seemingly sincere "senior high school" student selling magazines to earn a vacation in the Caribbean. He signed the receipt Adam Algar (now doubt it"s his real name). I had just moved into to the area a few weeks prior.

I purchased 2 magazines at that time, but after finding this website, have no hope of ever seeing them or a refund. I feel stupid and angry at myself for being so foolish. I learned an expensive lesson: Only go through the publisher for your magazines, trust no one!
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, though I am not hopeful of a resolution by them either. Their complaint info was dated 2005 and I am surprised a class action suit has not ever been brought against this company. Or has it?
