I purchased a condominium from this "developer" in March. Numerous promises, both written and verbal were made by the principal fraud, Kevin Bryar. Here is a brief summary of what I paid for:
A building that was NOT constructed according to the architects plans. Verbal and written promises were made regarding "sound-deadened construction, " but the builder failed to install a floating ceiling, as called for, resulting ina the constant drone of low-decibel, mind-numbing footsteps, running water, garbag disposal, etc, from the upstairs unit;
A building constructed WITHOUT common area ventilation, resulting in excessive heat/cold in the building interior, depending on the season. Result so far? Buckling hardwood floors, and the constant fear of a fire, as the smoke will not dissipate. Oh yea, no sprinklers in the building either;
A separate garage was built adjacent to my exterior parking spot, the size of which renders my spot UNUSEABLE!!!
