I am a Private Investigator in Indiana. I purchased the full package, watched the tutorial, and, after watching the tutorial, entered my name to see what would happen. All I received was my name and address! I cannot find anyway to get in contact with them to find out if maybe I did not understand the system. I found usacomplaints.com and found where others have had the same problem. I, using information found at rip off report, contacted the company who accepts their payments, a Click Sales Inc and had them refund my money. Click Sales Inc. Was very professional and prompt.
