Cancelled my account without my requesting it and kept my money after 6 days of membership

I emailed them to ask for the proper procedure to cancel my account if I wanted to after 30 days of use. They cancelled my account after being a member for 6 days and kept my money. I was ripped off and now they won't acknowledge me or let me log into the site. This is not a good way to do business.
