2 years ago I signed up for a membership with Massage Envy, after the first year the quality of the therapists decreased and I no longer wanted to continue my membership. When I tried to cancel they insisted I come in and sign a cancellation slip and said that my account would be cancelled 60 days from the date I signed the request to cancel. 6 months went by and they started deducting the monthly membership fee from my account. I called and they said that all I had done was freeze my account for 6 months and now the 6 months were up and I was obligated to this agreement. Again, they said I need to come in and sign a cancellation request and 60 days from them the account will be cancelled. Dejavu... This is like a bad penny that keeps turning up. Someone tell me how to make these people go away and cancel my account for good!
