Built a deck that drains toward my house

Had a deck installed 6 months ago, looked good, until it rained or snowed, when the snow melted we found that our deck is now a pond that slowly drains tward our house. The water sits on the deck about 1/2" until i sweep it off. I went to there shop today and found out they are nolonger there. So I'm stuck with a 14,000.00 mess.
