Hidden ripoff

This is to confirm the 12/28 report by Torrey of North Carolina and use of the hidden initiation and continuing fees charged by ESR. It was 6 mos before I realized what was happening. Unlike Torrey I had no trouble in getting the membership cancelled. However it will be 3 billing cycles before I will see the credit for the last billing which I was able to cancel. According to the service desk I should have received an email of confirmation and a password but in reviewing my messages this was not done! This is a very underhanded way to collect $14.95 from someone each month.
