Finger licking good

I have enjoyed many meal at the KFC in Hope, Arkansas. I enjoyed the buffet atlunch time. Now the owners have discontinue the buffet. I would like to see it return.
Today my wife and i pulled up to the order station and was asked if they could take our order. I was half 1/2 way thought giving my order when the person said "one moment please" I guess we said there for over 5 minutes. It seem like longer than that as we sat in the heat with the car window down. I gave the order when asked over our wait and i could understand what she was asking. It seemed she was saying what size did we want. She was actually asking what sides did we want. Well by the time i came up to the window she was upset and i was too. I paid and said thank you and she never replied. Just didn't like at all the way i was treated today. Thx
