Scam, scam, scam Somewhere out there

Miscellaneous

Never even heard of this company. Looked over bank statement this week and found unauthorized charges from this company. So I called the 800 number.

I talked to Evelyn id # 26237 and I told her what my issue is and that I never authorized this company to charge my car. She searched my phone number, couldn't find anything. So she tansfered me over to Tony the "manager". So he proceeds to tell me that since my account can not be pulled up with my name or phone number, that I need to give him the card # in question. I was like " you've got to be kidding me, I never even heard of this company until today and you want my cc info. He was like, "Oh i just need the number so I can search our system and pull up your card and I won't need the exp date. I was like, " No, I don't think so, I refuse to give you my card #. Then he told me that I could either dispute it with the company and send them a fax or dispute it with the bank. I told him I will dispute with my bank and that's what I did plus I closed the card.

This company is a scam and needs to be shut down. I still don't know where they got my info from. I hardly used the card.
