Amc Mortgage / Citi Residential
Bogus foreclosure sceme. Change name and try to foreclose on everyone Nationwide

Miscellaneous

I dont know if this will help anyone, but the truth is we are not alone. This company is now trying to foreclose on a good percentage of its accounts.By changing company name they believe we wont realize its still the same people who we started with and give up trying to fight... PLEASE DONT GIVE UP!!!

The only way to win is to push through these barriers and make them understand that we are more than just numbers on paper, we are thier livelyhood. Without us they dont have a business.

I live in michigan, where the economy is particularly bad. I lost my job and got behind a little bit, I have since found a new job but things are still tight. Its exceptionally hard to catch up when ur scraping by as is... I am still behind and being threatened with foreclosure, this is extremely upsetting to me as I am doing my best to keep food on the table, clothes on our backs, and a roof over the heads of me and my children.

I dont know if there is anything I can do to help my situation, but if anyone has any ideas, I would be glad to hear them... Thanks
