Returned books and have not issued credit on account

My complaint is with ITV, the company to whom I returned the book I purchased. I returned my purchase and verified confirmation of return delivery on 11/15. To date this company refuses to issue credit for purchase. Return Authorization 58660040 was issued, to date I have heard nothing from anyone. When I first called for the book on the TV offer, I could not get the party off the phone, she kept insisting to try another two books and if I didn't like them I could return them. It was so bad I told her I was hanging up, and that I wished only the one book, she finally agreed.

Never do business with these people or Kevin Trudeau, who I'm sure is making a great deal of money ripping people off.
