Debit card ripoff

On Saturday December 15 a charge of $4.95 showed up on my account as a debit purchase. On the 15th I did not live my house nor use my debit card. (Some times purchases show up several days after the purchase.) At no time did I use my card for $4.95 in the last month or longer as I remember.

On Monday the 17th I contacted my bank and had my card cancelled. My banker told me of the complaint and Fabri-Tex. Therefore I thought I should fill out a report too. Watch out for "Fabri-Tex" and watch your accounts closely. How is fabri-tex getting the needed information to ripoff an account?
