World Wide Vacationing Marketing
This company took a $700 advertising fee and promised to refund the money if the property did not sell

Miscellaneous

In November this company responded to a request to sell my vacation property. After going through the sales pitch and reviewing all the details, I received a contract outling the property and the sales agreement. The company assured me this was not a scam and that my money would be fully funded if the property was not sold within a year's time.in December I received a letter indicating that the company had changed phone numbers but was still in business. At that time I confirmed that the property was still on the market. The company again assured me that even though this was a slow time for sales (winter months) that the property was sure to move in the spring and I had nothing to do but wait for the check to arrive.

On October 15 I began to follow up with the company looking for my refund. I was convinced that the property was not going to be sold through them and wanted to make sure I could get a full refund. On November 1, I was unable to get through to the number listed on the mailing received in December.By November 20, I still got no answer... Only all circuits are busy. Please try your call again later. I attempted to fax the request for a refund and even mailed the request. Today, I received the letter back marked "Return to Sender".

I am very frustrated given all the work they did to get my money. The least they could do is have the decency to give it back if they did not do the job they said they could do.
