Ripoff for offered free of charge warranty

I purchased a Pre-owned Factory Certified vehicle from Greenway Ford on November 16. I was told that a 6 year/100,000 bumper to bumper warranty would be included in the purchase free of charge by the Used Car Sales Manager, Alvaro Lezcano. This was witnessed by the salesman, Mark Risner. The finance person, Miguell Torres, incorrectly charged me for the warranty. The salesman, Mr. Risner, informed Mr. Torres that the warranty was offered free of charge. Mr. Torres removed the charge, but refused to provide the warranty without first speaking to the Used Car Sales Manager, Mr. Lezcano. At this point no one will return my phone calls to resolve the matter.in fact, a different manager started to help when I was repeatedly unable to speak with Mr. Lezcano and he put me on hold while on the phone and I was subsequently disconnected (hung up on) and neither he nor anyone else from Greenway Ford will call me back.
