These people acquired my Bank Card number and charge my account 39.95 and was not authorized to do so

This so called company has defrauded me by swiping 39.95 out of my Bank Account with authorization. When I called the the 1-888-802-5115 it was answered by a live person that proceeded to ask me for that last 4 digits of my bank card. Of course I became very angry and told them that this is fraud and she became very quiet. Why are they asking for the las 4 numbers of your bank card when they have already taken from from me with the same card?
