I was called my this company's telemarketer a number of time. On 7/29/02 she bullied me into agreeing to purchase 3x4 stickers with my company name on them. I told her over and over I could not afford it and she insisted I order, I have a month to come up with the money. I still said I couldn't afford it but she insisted and asked if I did buy them what would I want. She then told me she was the owner of the company and would discount the stickers and send them COD and someone would call to confirm the order. I gave up and said ok to get her off my back.

A few days later someone called to confirm the order, I told them to cancel it, that I would not have the money. A few weeks later UPS was here with a COD, I refused it.
Within a week I started getting nasty calls. Today I spoke with Monica C who called me a liar when I said I canceled it and started threatening me with a law suit. She claimed to have voice recordings of my agreeing to purchase. She said she would play them to me, and then play them to a judge if I didn't pay up. I told her to call back and play them into my answering machine, but to make sure to also play the one where I canceled the order. I hung up on her, not wanting to continue the argument further.

She then faxed me a very nasty letter threatening to start processing court paper work, send me to collections, report me to TRW and Dun & Bradstreet. Threatened to tell all potential creditors that I do not pay my bills or meet my financial responsibilities.
I faxed her and told her to give it her best shot.
She returned with a fax calling me a "DEAD BEAT", saying America is the way it is because of me (I'm guessing that was to be an insult) and telling me that she is charging me $5 a day storing charges plus 1 1/2 percent finance charges per month unless I give her $138 today. She continued to threaten to sue me and ruin my credit!
I definately would advise EVERYONE to avoid doing business with these unprofessional obnoxious people!
NO I am not going to pay her blackmail money!
